Superpatch: the final patch for the Samsung Star * UPDATE *

Introducing the Samsung Superpatch for Star! it is a collection of 36 patches that need to change the functions and graphics of the Star.

The main features are:

  • swf change menus, gadgets and myfiles those in the folder of mmc res
  • change those fonts in the folder res of the cell
  • key points to work for google maps
  • guide-to flashplayer
  • screenshot
  • bypass the constraints of battery
  • permttere the screen turns off during the java application
  • and many more…. :)

Installation:
1)  Select the firmware based MXEIL2
2)  Download this archive and extract it into the folder of the firm (or where you want the file contains .. “Rsrc2_S5230 (Low) _SER.rc2″ and ‘”Apps_patch.bin”)
3)  Open the Multiloader and start up Normal Flash. After that ‘”Update Complete” by choosing the boot, rc1, etc. ffs. the firm but using the rc2 extracted from that you downloaded (“Rsrc2_S5230(Low)_SER.rc2″)
4)  Now connect the mobile to the pc and using “media player” put this folder “Cell Res” in memory of the CELL and “res mmc” in the micro sd. rename them then by all cell and two in “res” (zip file already contains the theme “Sense project for star”)
5)  Without this, open again and flash Multiloader putting in the Apps’ “Apps_patch” that you downloaded from the first archive and as a way of putting “LSI6410″ WITHOUT ANY update check (Full, Roma, etc..)
6)  Finally reopen the Multiloader (*DO NOT do step 5 and step 6 in a single flash), and choosing the method of “normal”, BRCM2133, put the tick rc2 WITHOUT ANY update

NOTE : For this procedure to use this Multiloader

Furthermore, the patch also contains a change of leadership of the cell, because once installed Superpatch should you get to the guide on the widget, select any option it will open a “Flash Player” which will allow you to play flash games in the folder r and mmc (1.swf, 2.swf) and you just put the games you want in this folder and rename them 1.swf, etc. 2.swf.

Secret menu patch:
if you turn on your cell while holding down the lock button aced the secret menu where you can see all the patches installed on your mobile, enable and disable, and more.

Activate the patch:
1) turn on the phone, when loading with the bar, hold down the lock button
2) Now will appear on the display four options:
1. Patch Menu
2. Info
3. Tools
4. Restart Phone
3) Patch Open Menu with the camera button
4) Browse through the various patches with the volume buttons
5) Select the patch you want using the camera button:
On / Off
[X] enabled
[.] disabililitato
6) Save the settings of the patches with the block button
7) Exit by pressing the call back to the main menu with the volume down key select the Restart item Phone 9) Press the camera key and your phone will restart with the patches that you have activated!

Note : the patches are not active, then you will see everything when you first turn the gadget completely white, quiet, simply restart the cell and activate the patch (v above).

Superpatch to install the install on your samsung-star at MXEIL2 firmware (also not modded) -download  this archive and extract it wherever you want (it contains “Rsrc2_S5230 (Low) _SER.rc2″ and “Apps_patch.bin” files) - Run Multiloader and flash the mobile with “Update Complete” choosing the boot firmware, RC1, SBB, … but by using the RC2 extracted the archive you have just downloaded (point 2) -restart the phone to the PC-connect it and put it in this folders (in the phone memory put the folder “CELL RES” in the MMC and put the “RES MMC” folder) into folders-rename These only “RES” (using the phone you can rename the folders with 2 Because The Same Name there are saved in 2 different memories, mmc and phone) run-flash the phone with ans Multiloader “LSI6410″ method and choosing only the Apps section (using Apps_patch.bin from the first archive you downloaded). Do not select Any type of update! (Full, Roma, …) -restart the phone -Multiloader and re-run, choosing and using the method BRCM2133  this RC2, flash your phone another time. You do not have to choose Any type of update (complete, Roma, …)

**DO NOT DO POINT 5 AND 6 TOGHETHER!

it’s a quite apologetic method but then u can change theme Whenever You Want, just changing a file …

HOW TO ACTIVE PATCHES:
1) During the boot hold the lock button
2) Now u have 4 options:
1. Patch Menu
2. Info
3. Tools
4. Restart Phone
3) Open the photo button pushing Patch Menu
4) Navigate with the volume buttons
5) Select the patch u want to activate using the photo button:
[X] activated
[.] not activated
6) pushing the save button lock
7) Select Restart Phone with the photo button
